Oh my dear please take care of yourself. If you need to go to places in your head where there is pleasure and happiness to be found and it helps you to get through each day then do it.

I found it all to be rather disturbing. I like to take my kindergarten teacher’s advice when she said, “Mind your own business and don’t worry about your neieghbor’s.” let’s not check our sense of humor at the door …
