Armitage on U.S. postage?
Thanks to CDoart who forwarded me this link last night.
Zazzle.com has mdse for The Hobbit. Any design you like they will put on any piece of stuff they sell.
One of their offerings is a U.S. postage stamp.
I’m not advocating this. I’m sure there’s an additional fee for doing this. But, since I read somewhere years ago that you can put any custom image you want on your own U.S. stamps now (I never checked this out — I just buy the stamps from the vending machine), maybe I could also put my favorite Richard Armitage picture on a stamp. Geez!
This might get me to send out Christmas cards for the first time in about twelve years.
Armitage is always good for some good cheer!

There have been U.S. postage stamps in aid of pet shelters and breast cancer research for a few cents more than regular postage. If I were in the U.S., I’d have no trouble putting a picture of Richard Armitage on some stamps and donating to one of his favoured charities at the same time.
I think you’d have to obtain get tax exempt status as a charity to do that. However, you can just create the stamps for your own personal use.
