After today, after today …

Consider me gone.

The song might have been written for me. To wit:

“I’ve spent too many years at war with myself
The doctor has told me it’s no good for my health
To search for perfection is all very well
But to look for Heaven is to live here in Hell”

The master sings it:

An appropriate fanvid that I’ve been saving to post just for today. Thanks delicateblossom, whoever you are. This has been inspiring to me — been watching it once a day at least for awhile.

You can’t tell me what to do anymore.

      • I’ve always loved Benny in his BDUs. He carries off that olive green color really well, too. So after seeing Mr. A sporting them as JP—oh, my. Now I want Benny to get them out of storage and do a little role-playing. 😉

  5. Porter rocks. And if TPTB at Sky/Cinema do dastardly things to him in SB2, he will achieve So Not Dead status and yet another mission will be launched by the ChaRActers to strike back as needed . . . and take no prisoners.

    • Oh yes, if the unspeakable happens, please, Angie, send your Ultimate Character Force to save JP. Maybe Lucas could be leader on this mision – a debt of honour, so to speak 🙂

    • yeah, it’s so liberating. I was sort of singing the song in my head at odd moments all the way through the drive out of Texas — hundreds of miles.
