Wow.

When these pictures coincide with auspicious days … I am sure this picture thrills most people; me, it reassures.

Everything is not perfect but considering, she had the best day she could have had. Now, we wait.

I don’t think I can write anything more about today, but I want to thank everyone who devoted a thought or prayer or a good deed to our situation. I never thought we were alone, but I also didn’t realize just how many people were all around us, either, surrounding us with their energies.

  8. So glad that all is going well. I hope it will be a continuing trend. I can see how that picture brings reassurance — much like Porter does with Katie.
It must be very difficult to be the strong one. Take care of yourself too!

  11. Now isn’t that one fine-looking dwarf! Dearest Serv, you’ve been much on my mind lately, hoping and praying for the best for your mother and the family. I have some idea of what you are going through from my own personal experiences and the toll it takes on mind, body and spirit. Hang in there. God bless you and thanks for keeping us posted.

  12. Good to hear you are in a more restful place now – hopefully everyone is recovering well. I also have wonky low blood pressure – particularly around surgeries. It was like watching an episode of S.W.A.T. when I walked into an ER in Seattle a week after surgery feeling unwell, you’d have thought I’d ‘coded’ watching all the people run @ me. 😉

As always, you and your family are in my prayers. Stay hydrated – it sounds dangerously warm over there.

  22. All the best with all my heart for your mother and for you (and family). I know how unresting a situation like this can be, but I firmly believe in your ability to ask one of your dear and beloved „John’s“ or even Richard for some (mental) support. Didn’t they turn out to be quite loyal and faithful in the past months? Furthermore there recently is this strong and forcefully looking Thorin….. !! Lass Dich drücken, von mir oder/und von ihm??
