Can’t stop looking

I’m not going to say anything that anyone hasn’t already said. I have a huge smile on my face. Like practically everyone else, I’m staring and just plain dripping with positivity about this picture. The familiar smile, the long legs, the fact that he looks happy and integrated, the arm over the backs of the people next to him — and the strings that suggest he’s wearing his tiki. Hobbit publicity machine, I am in your thrall. Richard Armitage, I’ve been in your thrall for years.

  1. I’m in such an Armitage inspired good mood everyone around here thinks I’ve finally lost it. I didn’t even lament having to drop $700 to retrieve my car from the mechanic. This Hobbit euphoria is better than Zoloft today.

  2. Out of all of the people in this pic he looks the most natural…relaxed and genuinely happy. And how tight are those trousers?? Blimey! 🙂

  3. How relaxed does he look! those seem stretchy jeans & I know how comfortable they feel.

  4. The only way this picture could be better is if I could see his thumb.

  5. Yes, yes you’re right! But there is not only no thumb, there is only half an arrm and none of his hands with those lovely skilful fingers……*Sigh*

  6. like the shirt not so keen on the trousers, prefer the boots from yesterday’s photo. I don’t think they are leather, but he looks much smarter on the photos coming up of them on the plane.

  7. Apart from Richard’s “pantyline” (which the tumblr contingent seem to be most excited about… *tuttuttut*) – does noone else think it is adorable that RA stands with his feet wide apart, obviously in an (unobtrusive) way of appearing shorter in the shot, so as to not tower over everyone else?! I find that remarkably considerate of him – reducing his own height in order to not dwarf (hehehe) everyone else. What a beautiful, noble man!!!

  8. Reblogged this on Unkraut vergeht nicht….oder doch? und kommentierte:
    Nettes Foto 🙂
Vielleicht sucht jemand, der das liest auch noch eine Möglichkeit vor Weihnachten etwas Gutes zu tun – eine Möglichkeit dazu versteckt sich in diesem Artikel!
