Since you closed comments on the other post I’m parking this here, knowing you will see it.
You have no clue who my friend is because he is not an RA fan and found this doing research for a thesis. He was researching fan obsession, by the way and found your blog a treasure trove. Knowing I am a fan of Richard he sent me the link. He also sent me to the link to your post on “objectifying Richard” which is even creepier. It’s no wonder actors like Richard stay so far away from fans.
Is replying in French and Latin supposed to impress me? Well, I guess there are some that it might. Personally, I’m just mystified by all the effort put into a blog that accomplishes nothing but feeding one woman’s fantasies and obsession. But, I suppose this does define obsession. Why do I dislike what you have written – because it is not respectful. Unlike most RA sites it does not seek to honor the man and actor. If anything you are intent on stripping him of the very things that make him special. I would not put him on a pedestal, but neither would I reduce him to a sex object.
You act as if I actually want to come back and read your blog. It was like wading in something very nasty to do as much reading as I did do. As for a personal attack, it’s a critique of what you write as I do not know you personally. You put your sexual fantasies out there for the world to read, do not be surprised when someone comes along who disagrees strongly with you. If you want your obsession to be kept private don’t blog it on the internet.

You’re nowhere near as anonymous as you seem to think you are. Also, the comment proves that you did actually come back to read the blog, and since no one is forcing you, I can only term reading my responses something you apparently want to do. Calling someone “obsessed,” however, is an ad hominem attack. As a consequence, you’re now blocked and all comments will go straight to trash.
And no, I’m not ashamed of what I write here.

First it was kissing his dinosaur. Now it’s grabbing his squirrel. Oh, the poor man’s “creatures” just aren’t safe, now are they? 😀 Great list, serv!
In addition to the lapels (Glamour shoot), I’d go straight for the tie, gently though. 😉 Being vertically challenged, it’s a great equalizer for getting eye-to-eye with someone taller.
P.S. There’s a fanfic over at RAucous Fangirl Tales on Tumblr that is based on that part of the Glamour shoot … The Coat and the Cab … and includes some lapel-grabbing. *giggle*
