Richard Armitage Legenda 89: Stuff worth reading
[Legenda offers a brief, non-inclusive index of stuff about Richard Armitage that I noticed and enjoyed since the last episode. It doesn’t usually include materials presented on the major fansites, which I love dearly, but which are linked in the sidebar. Because I always forget or just miss stuff, please add additional pieces of interest via link in the comments.]
We just got used to 48 fps 3D, but Jackson already got himself a new camera

Thanks for mentioning my story! Too fun.
That was an interesting article on acting being too hard. I have a sister and niece that are heavy into musical theater and are good enough to have pretty consistent work in the large city where they live. It is interesting to see what kind of personality it takes to maintain momentum in that world. I couldn’t do it. The comparisons, the anxiety, the showing others that you are able time and again, the constant change, would all be pretty detrimental to my personality. I have wondered how the Mr. Armitage that I see (my personal perception) is able to perform in such a personal, telling manner in front of a camera but be so (presumably) shy and retiring in RL. The performers that I know, in my life, all have a certain level of extrovert, center of attention, look at me, exuberance far greater than that of us ordinary folk. And does living on this higher high account for the number of performers succumbing to the lower lows? I’ve probably thought too much about this, THIS week in particular, because it seems a bit of a low low week. (and I wasn’t even in the d**n movie)

Thanks, Serv. Much food for thought in the article on the reality of being a working actor- definitely not a career choice for the faint- hearted. I really enjoyed the RPF of Richard and Lucy Griffiths- loved the writing style and the pacing.
