The Minister of Chance is a Doctor Who spinoff that started as an audio project. Now its participants (which include actors familiar to Armitage fans such as Jenny Agutter and Sylvester McCoy) want to make a film and they’ve created a kickstarter that’s already raised almost a quarter of its goal in only a few days.
