Greetings from the צפרדע, or: Happy Passover
I’ll probably be in and out. I’m going to shul tonight and to the Fuzzies tomorrow.
I’ll leave you with he text of my favorite portion of the liturgy, the invitation to all to come share our celebration of freedom.
This is the bread of affliction that our fathers ate in the land of Egypt.
Whoever is hungry, let him come and eat;
whoever is in need, let him come and conduct the Seder of Passover.
This year we are here; next year in the land of Israel.
This year we are slaves; next year we will be free people.
Pursuing liberation is still a struggle, I find. But I hope we’re all getting somewhere. Chag v’kasher sameach to my Jewish friends, a blessed triduum to my Christian friends, and liberation and the assurance of divine redemption to everyone in and out of Armitageworld.
Happy Passover Servetus.

Apropos frogs, I just read this: http://www.theatlantic.com/entertainment/archive/2015/04/frogs-the-surprising-star-of-the-passover-table/389186/
Thanks to everyone for the good wishes, and to those who mark Easter today, a blessed feast of the Risen Christ!
We had two good evenings. Friday night at shul was really loud, but as Pesky said to me afterward, it was the most organized community seder we’ve ever had. Last night at the Fuzzies was fantastic. We’ve done it together for four years now so we know what to expect and what we like an everyone gets to sing their favorite songs and we’re kind of like our own little family now.

Happy for you and your jewish feast off duty activities.
I notice that with spring coming , I have to drive carefully not to kill young frogs crossing country dirt roads and pathways in my home surrowndings . They jump all around the car . Green animal and early morning green thoughts . Have a nice week !
