Victoria Mayer comments on ADR for Berlin Station, with Armitage’s chin
Here, with a picture of Richard Armitage’s chin. She writes:
Dubbing with a live connection to the USA. Laboriously reminding oneself, what one acted six months ago there on the cold, windy roof terrace of the Bikini Berlin. The frustrating feeling creeps in that I’m only making the scene worse. Because here and now in this dark little chamber, it can never be as real as it was then. And one hears it. I think. Luckily sound technicians Olli (in front of me) and John, Nicole and Judith over there on the other side of the Atlantic are satisfied. Still, there are nicer days of work.
Mayer was interviewed about her role earlier this spring in the Berliner Zeitung (translation here).
