Maybe. Which safe house? There was the dump where Joker met Daniel, one where poor what’s his name, first to get leaked, was kept, one where Frost meets Sandra and one where Frost has a nap. Also one where Daniel first met one of what’s his names’ assets – the German who was later outed by Shaw. Not sure if they are all the same. Maybe.
