Happy Diwali

OK, kind of a silly film, but strangely enjoyable and any time the redcoats get it this American is ready to cheer.

I needed some light in my life tonight and this definitely lifted my spirits. To those who celebrate it, a happy and blessed holiday.

  1. Usually anything with Aamir Khan is worth the time. And with the Big B himself!!! Too bad it’s got Katrina Kaif who’s gorgeous but couldn’t act her way out of a wet paper bag.

    • Thanks for the Diwali wishes.

      • hope you’re experiencing a lot of victories of light over darkness and knowledge over ignorance — it feels very aspirational at the moment.

    • I agree — the leads were positively arresting. They both really know how to use their eyes and faces. I also thought the point of Ms Kaif was to be eye candy. I don’t watch many Bollywood films but this was a lot of fun last night. How you can not love a film where the lead, pausing to contemplate whether or not he’s going to do something positive or negative, breaks into dance with two dozen random people?
