Browsing their website… they have some nice boots, jackets, and peacoats that would suit him well. (The plaid must he his own, though.)

He looks FANTASTIC. He looks really happy. I like this post – the promotion and the sentiment of it. I like his thanks, his promotion of the business and the city and of the diverse workforce. Can he get any more perfect? And I love the grizzled gray in the coat match his silver flecks in his hair – he is so detailed!

and I don’t mind the filter in this one – he looks beautiful, but still real.

I agree he looks happy and relaxed. Still, I’m not crazy about his selfies because he always takes them from an odd angle and ends up looking completely distorted. The one notable exception is this one: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/D0bQEa3XgAcNGZG.jpg In truth, taking selfies and still looking like oneself is a hard art to master and it isn’t rare to either end up looking like someone with double your weight or like someone with a double or impressively long chin.

Lol, re impressively long chin. I was wondering who he reminded me of and realise it was Desperate Dan (the plaid helped). Still gorgeous though

Yep, definitely plaid, however, I agree I do not like the angles of this selfie or a couple of others that were taken. It distorts the look.
