Just for me:

  • An article about margarine sales as federal crimes. I don’t remember that but I do remember that for a long time it was illegal to sell margarine in Wisconsin. People smuggled it in from Illinois. I must have been very small, or perhaps these were just recollections from relatives.

    • My relatives used to talk about having to mix yellow dye into it to make it look right, but I hadn’t been aware of the pink version at all!

And yeah, Cybersmile — just when I’d happily suppressed that memory.

    • I did see it — it was in our cinemas here in town for a week. It was pretty good, I thought (better than the reviews suggested).
