  5. Yes, I do. Not online, in a cookbook at home. Do you need it right away? I’m not able to send it now. Been visiting the kids at their school.

    • no, I’m not quite that desperate — let me know when you get home, though — I would love to have it. I have a lot of beets all of a sudden.

  6. I love borscht. I make it with two large fried onions, stick of celery and leaves, two packets cooked beetroot , e.g. six small ones (roasting your surfeit of beetroots would be lovely I imagine), pint of vegetable stock ( I don’t eat meat), black pepper, pinch of nutmeg, dessertspoon of cider vinegar ( sorry not sure what US equivalent is). Cook until beets are soft, blend. I serve it with sour cream ( few chopped chives are nice on top) and potato cakes.
