This could be interesting
Although apparently the rights haven’t been picked up in the US yet.

I believe they haven’t been picked up on the American continent, not just in the US. It isn’t available in my country (Argentna), either. I have my subscription on the US site, but if it appears as part of their catalogue, then I assume the American store can sell it to buyers from other continents.
I’ll have to add this one to my wish list next to the Dr Who recording that will be released next year. I know the latter can be pre-ordered, but even the download is too expensive due to the astronomic exchange rate here. I could pay it, but I have other priorities in my budget.
Here’s hoping at least this new one is eventually added to Scribd.

From the description it sounds like it would be good as a Halloween release. Let’s hope. I’m interested in Doctor Who, too, but not sure I am interested in listening to the whole backstory to get there.

Sorry for being off topic, but this character is giving me strong Richard Armitage vibes, and I had to let you know 🙂 It’s Roy (Brett Goldstein) in Ted Lasso tv show.

Don’t get me wrong, glad he’s working but sigh… more audiobooks…

I’ve read some articles since all this started, about the relative profit of streaming a play and audiobooks — I’m not thrilled about audiobooks either but in a way he’s really lucky he already had his foot in that market and a fixed audience.
