Heather Armstrong has died. The final revival of her blog had been disturbing to read. In its earlier years, her writing had a huge influence on me. I pray for her friends and family, especially her daughters, that they may find peace. May all who are mourning be comforted.

It is so sad, I did not know her but feel so sorry each time this kind of personal decision is made by someone, I am particularly sensitive to this issue since Chester Bennington’s death I’d say. Finding someone or people you can talk too is important, everyone knows someone in need because of depression and we all try to help and yet…listening, reassuring, love are not always enough. I wish she is in peace now and think of her next of kin too. Take care all RA community.

Her struggles were epic, so I am absolutely certain she is suffering less now. (But I can’t imagine how her daughters feel.)
