Isn’t that a nice Thanksgiving prospect

Wonder who the novelist is? J.G. Ballard would be intriguing …

  2. Intriguing indeed. He likes to play these “games” to keep us guessing.
So many novelists to choose from. I wouldn’t know where to begin.

  5. One of many things to be thankful for today. And something about this photo is appropriately delicious. Can’t pinpoint what, but I love it. Happy Thanksgiving, Serv!

  6. LOL – apart from the unbearable teasing, I laughed at the awkward phrasing of the tweet. “Novelist in progress”? Intriguing.

  7. Could it be his narration that is a work “in progress” and not the author? 😉

Whether it is on this photo or that of the walking in Berlin, I am amazed at his look, his gaze. He seems very intense, concentrated, worried, EMPTIES, even tired, exhausted physically or psychologically, overworked , emotionally overwrought .It seems to bear the misery of the world on his shoulders. It is maybe the reflection of what he lives and works for at present. I wish him a savior Sunday’s rest. And for all of us also .
