Looks like, if good snow was his aim, he chose poorly this year. I wonder how far in advance one has to reserve.

This is true. OTOH, he’d have the advantage that probably no one at all would recognize him.

There is also that…evidently there are some serious adventure skier areas up there. I had no idea.

I didn’t know that, either. I’d hesitate to go there this time of year, though, if I wanted to be able to leave again. There’s always the risk you’ll be stuck till it melts.
