Community project — Do something with snow
Richard Armitage participated! I may have a cuter entry eventually, but right now this is what dad was doing with the snow this morning (we had six inches last night). Now he’s out doing the driveway as we want to go to my niece’s basketball game tonight!
And then there’s this poor tree. Didn’t get pruned the summer mom died and now is paying the price. We will have a lot of work to do this spring.
He doesn’t know about it, but yes, he did
Wow, that’s a lot of snow! To be honest I am glad it’s in your backyard and not in mine 😉 but it looks wonderful, thanks for participating!!!!

I think Thorin may participate tomorrow. Not cardboard standup Thorin — he’s afraid of the snow. But one of the others 🙂

Since hubs beat the snowplow out of the driveway (he leaves for work at 3am) I got to try out the new snowblower this morning. There is something satisfying about moving a small mountain of snow in the predawn still.

We don’t have a small snowblower anymore, I learned recently. But maybe I can learn how to operate a snowplow. How hard can it be?

I would think that it is just a matter of learning the “buttons and knobs”

On the bright side, snow removal can be a good workout and I am trying to appreciate the burn in my arm muscles 😈

I’m happy that at his age dad still likes (or at least wants to) do all this stuff. it would take me a lot longer than it does him.

I’m sure it is a lot of work, but the property looks gorgeous. Winter wonderland!

Thanks. We have a lot of trees, which are a lot of work, and a lot of beautiful.
