  2. Just a glimpse of the hottie above would make me want to buy a ticket–and I have glimpsed him an awful, awful lot. 😉

  4. It looks like the movie is being released through a theatre chain that has its closest venue an hour away from where I live. *sigh* With a house full of people over Christmas, I’m resigned to waiting until after the new year to see it, so there’s no point ordering my ticket in advance.

    • This will surely make Christmas even more merry.

    • Do you think that only one chain will show it? Isn’t every cinema showing blockbusters like Skyfall or the upcoming Twilight where you are? Surely all cinemas want to show what the audience wants to see and the production company is interested in releasing it as widely as possible? I fully expect that all cinemas near me will show it several times every day, hopefully for a few weeks. Of course 48fps (and original version) are a different matter.

      • I went back into the local cinema’s webpage for the first time in a few days and there it was *big sigh of relief* Yes, you’re right Jane, both the major chains are showing TH, it’s logical. However, because only the one was mentioned on RACentral, I hit the panic button too quickly! Having to wait until after the new year is making me a little crazy! 😛

        • One thing that had never occurred to me before this (because I honestly had no reason to care) is how complicated / confusing movie distribution is from the audience member’s perspective. It took me about thirty minutes to figure out how to buy the tickets I was going to want. Good think I was persistent.
